almost everyone in Lagos state have cough, due to the high level of dirtiness and dust, plus the rate people spit out anyhow and when that is done we are likely to breath in the dust mixed with sandy dusty environment.. With this we have gotten the cough..
*** prevention methods
*limit your handshake, especially in a open place, hands too are germ rush.... Or better still buy sanitizer cream..
* when going out in a crowded environment like supermarket pls go with your tick handkerchief to cover your noise ...pretend like you have cold. Cause some people can take things too personal ,
* Try to take vitamin C tablet especially the white one.. & shun too much eating of junk food ,it kills your reproduction organs small small, that why cancer is not far from junk food
* take at least 2 ⅓ glass of water every 2hrs each day",.
* Avoid too much noise, it affect the brain cell which carries out information.
For now I drop my ✒pen
